Nightmares. I have those a lot.
But recently I've discovered a slight pattern.
Talking to Connor before I go to bed keeps me from having nightmares.
Sunday I talked to him, and for the first time in 3 weeks, I didn't have a nightmare.
Isn't that amazing?
And then yesterday I woke up from a nightmare.
I also hadn't spoken to Connor.
Then last night I talked to him again.
And dreamt, but not about something awful!
OH!
I totally have a theory as to WHY this happens too.
Talking to Connor makes me calm.
Because I talk to Connor about anything and Connor doesn't really judge.
I'm honestly beginning to wonder how I managed to ignore him for so long...
ANYWAY.
Talking to him makes me calm and I'm not worrying about something I was thinking before so I go to bed at peace.
Going to bed in peace gives me good dreams.
So that's what I think.
I think talking to Connor is directly related to my nightmare having pattern.
Haha.
